Focus group transcription
Focus group transcription is incredibly useful for academic and market researchers. Having the entire conversation written out allows you to easily search for threads and key themes without having to search through the audio using notes taken at the time.
We recommend that in order to keep turnaround time to a minimum that the speakers be labelled simply ‘Moderator’ and ‘Male/Female’ in group discussions it can sometimes be difficult to distinguish between different speakers.
We also offer timestamps which are a useful tool so that the audio can be easily referred to when necessary.
