Audio Transcription Services
This is our bread and butter. Transcription is in the name of the company and we do it awesomely (definitely a word).
We provide audio transcription of interviews, focus groups, podcasts, lectures, speeches, and dictations.
We can accept a wide range of audio file types - mpg, mpeg, wmv, pcm wav, mp3 (any bit rate), wma, avi, mov, rm, flv, ogg, swf, mp2, mp4, aac, m4a, flac, aiff. Please contact us if you have .ds2 files from an Olympus recorder as conversion may be necessary.
You can upload your audio directly to our system and we will transcribe it using the template of your choice.
Due to digital security concerns we can no longer accept physical deliveries of CDs/DVDs/flash drives etc. but please get in touch and we will talk you through the steps on getting that data to us using our upload system.
Please note that for ethical and legal reasons we reserve the right to refuse audio files from covert recordings or police interviews.
