Once your audio is uploaded we will be in contact to confirm the pricing and to ask any necessary follow up questions. If you have worked with us previously and nothing has changed in the template/quality/number of speakers/content/turnaround time then we will get started with the work immediately under the same conditions and pricing as before.

Do you require full verbatim or intelligent verbatim transcription?

Full verbatim means including all um, uh, false starts, repeated words/phrases, grammatical errors - essentially everything spoken. By default we transcribe 'intelligent verbatim'. See our blog post 'Full verbatim or intelligent verbatim transcription?' for full details.
